Pricing and Payment
All pricing is determined after an in-person diagnostic assessment. Estimates are provided to the customer before any repair work begins. No work will be performed without customer approval of the quoted price.
Payment is collected in person at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and credit or debit card processed via Square. No payment information is collected or stored through this website.
Service fees apply for diagnostic visits and are credited toward the cost of repair if the customer proceeds with service.
Service Warranty
All repair services performed by Appliance Repair & Rescue LLC are backed by:
- 30-day guarantee on labor
- 90-day guarantee on parts
Warranty coverage applies to the specific repair performed and does not cover new or unrelated issues that arise after service. Warranty claims must be submitted by contacting us directly at (208) 941-2555 or repair.rescue.appliance@gmail.com within the applicable warranty period.
